Beacon will work with you to determine which deployment option will work best on a solution-by-solution basis.

Whether it is a hands-on solution installed at your site, a 100% outsourced solution or different deployment options for different solutions, Beacon will work with you to create solutions that are custom fit.

Equally as important, we offer the flexibility to modify your deployment methods as your needs change.

For those companies who prefer outsourcing some or all of their administration, the Beacon Service Center is fully staffed to offer a broad range of servicing options.

For example, for an annual benefits enrollment, we can:

  • Produce the enrollment kits with personalized worksheets,


  • Work with you to determine the proper access methods for your employee population,


  • Customize a solution to meet your needs,


  • Host the hardware and software,


  • Provide Customer Service Representatives if desired,


  • Produce personalized confirmation packages,


  • Transmit the data to your various providers and produce reports based on your guidelines.


Behind the scenes, we will provide ongoing monitoring of the solutions and daily back-ups of the data. You can rest assured that your employees are receiving world-class service and that a secure environment protects your data integrity.

If you do not have the resources or simply do not want to worry about supporting hardware, software, telecommunications and security policies at your offices, we can host the solution for you at the Beacon Service Center.

Hosting can offer significant advantages, including faster implementations, lower upfront costs, no ongoing maintenance or hardware upgrade concerns and no need to burden your IT resources with additional projects.

Beacon offers optional levels of support, including data management and ongoing monitoring of the system.

With a premises-based solution, the hardware and software is installed at your site. This provides you with total control over the development and life cycle of the solution.

Your organization can easily leverage your initial investment in hardware and software to create an assortment of solutions for a variety of human resources, payroll, employee benefits or other needs.

You have the option of developing your own solutions in-house or utilizing Beacon's Consulting Group to develop the solutions based on your specifications.

Beacon offers a full array of professional services to support you. We will work with you to integrate the solutions with existing HRMS, payroll, benefits and other systems.

Our solutions are designed so that they may be modified quickly and easily as your needs change. If you change HRMS systems, we will work with you to insure a smooth transition.

If you previously deployed a premises-based solution but decided to utilize comprehensive outsourcing, we will migrate the solution to the Beacon Service Center.

If it is a time sensitive solution, we will work with you to schedule and deploy the solution in a manner that ensures a seamless transition for your employees.
